Damn, I Miss Tom Petty

I listen to a lot of Tom Petty. I have for a long time. When I first moved to LA, TP & the H were my soundtrack. I guess I felt a bit of kinship with a guy from the South who moved to Hollywood to make his dreams come true. As I drove around Los Angeles, I could feel that the songs were written here. I was actually driving down the same part of Ventura Blvd that Tom sang about in Free Fallin'. Over the weekend, I pulled the car over and grabbed a quick selfie in front of the famous Casa De Cadillac on Ventura that is seen in the Free Fallin' video. Moments like this help keep Tom's spirit alive in me.
