This Brazilian firearms instructor has an...interesting method to train law enforcement officers when to fire and NOT fire their weapons in a tactical situation. The amount of confidence this man has in the value of his training is amazing. He literally puts his life on the line, betting that he has trained these shooters not to kill him. Why do I get the feeling that we're going to hear more about this guy in the future? Just watch and be astounded...by the insanity.
