This year, we lost some amazing musicians to suicide, which is sadly a common cause of death for those in the music industry. In fact, 50% of roadies and other music professionals have attempted or considered suicide and few have reached out for help.
Well a choir overseas feels that singing can help bring light in dark times, and they're using their voices to raise awareness about Music Support, a UK charity that offers a confidential helpline to those in the music industry who need someone to talk to.
They're called the Sweet Charity Choir and their cover of the Foo Fighters' "Come Alive" is going viral because of their impressive arrangement and incredibly worthy cause.
